What it does

Capture in one line

Type what comes to mind and press Enter. Write "pay the bill tomorrow", "send the report friday" or "visa 12 september" and the date is picked out for you.

Dates, times and repeats

Add a time if you want one. Tasks that repeat every day, on weekdays, every week or on a set day of the month schedule the next one themselves as you complete them.

Done means gone

A completed task leaves the list and moves to the archive. Ticked it by mistake? Undo within a few seconds; older work always waits in the archive.

Notes

For everything without a date or a finish line. The first line becomes the title; light formatting covers headings, bold and lists. Enlarge the text, or use focus mode to give a note the whole screen.

Locked notes

Set a single 4-digit PIN if you like; a locked note is stored encrypted on the server. The PIN cannot be changed and a forgotten PIN means a locked note cannot be opened — we say so up front.

Places

Paste a Google, Apple or Yandex Maps link, search by name, use your location or drop a pin on the map. Directions in one tap, and a place can be attached to a note.

Files and videos

Attach images, PDFs and documents to tasks and notes; images and PDFs open without leaving the page. YouTube and Vimeo links in tasks and notes become playable.

Labels for each section

Task, note and place labels never mix: "Bills" stays with tasks, "Breakfast" stays with places. Give them colours and filter in one tap.

You own your data

Export everything in one click, delete your account from the panel, sign out other devices. Connections are encrypted with TLS; no ad or tracking scripts.

A design decision

Fewer features, on purpose

Most apps drift into project management, until keeping the tool takes longer than doing the work. Even while adding tasks, notes and places, v3x did not take that road. These are not in v3x and will not be:

  • Project boards and workflows
  • Sub-tasks, dependencies, time estimates
  • Automation rules and a plugin marketplace
  • Productivity scores, streaks, badges

If you need those, good tools exist. v3x has one job: keeping what is on your mind in one quiet place.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No limit on tasks, notes or labels, and no credit card. For fair use, attachments are capped at 10 MB per file and 200 MB in total, and Places at 2000 places. Pro covers reminders and sharing, which the free plan does not include.

Where is my data kept?

Your tasks, notes, places and files are kept on our own server in Türkiye; never processed for advertising, never sold. A few features touch an outside service to work: map images load from OpenStreetMap, place search goes to OpenStreetMap's search service, and YouTube or Vimeo steps in when you play a video you attached. The privacy policy has the details.

How secure are locked notes?

A locked note's text is stored encrypted in the database, and your PIN is never stored in plain text. To be straight with you: a 4-digit PIN is good protection against someone looking at your screen; it is not strong encryption against a determined attacker who obtains the database. The PIN cannot be changed, and if you forget it your locked notes cannot be opened.

Is there a mobile app?

It works fully in the browser today; it is designed for the desktop and opens on your phone too. iOS and Android apps are in development, bringing push notifications and easier place saving on the go.
