Yes. No limit on tasks, notes or labels, and no credit card. For fair use, attachments are capped at 10 MB per file and 200 MB in total, and Places at 2000 places. Pro covers reminders and sharing, which the free plan does not include.
Your tasks, notes, places and files are kept on our own server in Türkiye; never processed for advertising, never sold. A few features touch an outside service to work: map images load from OpenStreetMap, place search goes to OpenStreetMap's search service, and YouTube or Vimeo steps in when you play a video you attached. The privacy policy has the details.
A locked note's text is stored encrypted in the database, and your PIN is never stored in plain text. To be straight with you: a 4-digit PIN is good protection against someone looking at your screen; it is not strong encryption against a determined attacker who obtains the database. The PIN cannot be changed, and if you forget it your locked notes cannot be opened.
It works fully in the browser today; it is designed for the desktop and opens on your phone too. iOS and Android apps are in development, bringing push notifications and easier place saving on the go.
Your tasks, notes, places, labels and uploaded files are deleted together with your account. Before that you can export all your data as a single file from the panel; locked notes are not exported in readable form.
No. Your location is read once, only when you press "Use my location", and is not stored unless you save the place; there is no background tracking. Saved places are not locked like notes — they are stored as plain text.
Just write it into the title: "today", "tomorrow", "next week", a day name ("friday") or "12 september". v3x picks out the date and keeps the title. You can also pick a date from the calendar and add a time and a repeat. Tasks with a time get an email reminder when it comes.
Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, BMP), PDFs, text and office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, RTF) and ZIP, RAR or 7z archives. Executables and HTML are not accepted. Your files never sit at a public address; they are served only to you while you are signed in.
The mobile apps are designed to work offline and sync when the connection returns. The web interface needs a connection for now.
On purpose. Tasks, notes and places were added, but none of them became project management. We add a feature only if it makes daily use faster.
