Terms of Use

Parties

These terms govern the relationship between you (the «user») and 3xcode, which operates v3x. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

v3x is a personal web application for tasks, notes and saved places, and files can be attached to tasks and notes. The free plan covers the core features personal use needs; fair-use limits apply to file storage and the number of saved places. When the Pro plan launches, additional features will be offered for a fee; your free account keeps working exactly as before.

Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
  • We recommend not sharing your account; if something looks wrong you can revoke device sessions from your panel.
  • You may not use the service if you are under 13.

Locked notes

The PIN you set for note locking cannot be changed, and we cannot reset or recover it. If you forget it, the content of your locked notes can no longer be accessed, and we cannot be held liable for resulting loss. We recommend not keeping critical information only in a locked note.

Content and files

You are responsible for the content you write and the files you upload. Executable files and file types that can carry scripts are not accepted for security reasons.

Maps and location information

Map and address information comes from data contributed to OpenStreetMap; its accuracy and currency are not guaranteed. Directions open in a third-party map app on your device and are subject to that app's terms.

Unacceptable use

You may not use the service to store unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, place excessive load on the system, or attempt to bypass security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in such cases.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but maintenance, faults and provider outages can happen. No uptime guarantee is given for the free plan. Backups are taken regularly.

Liability

The service is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for data loss, business loss or indirect damages. We recommend keeping your own copy of anything critical.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your tasks, notes, places, labels and files with it. We may close accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Antalya have jurisdiction.
